If you have requested a specialty assignment, Grid, timing, tech etc you
need to make sure the person you are exchanging assignments with, is
qualified and willing to work your requested position. Also when exchanging
work assignments if the entrant does not show up for your assignment, you
lose your runs, not them. Make sure you know the folks you are changing

Not to mention someone who is physically capable and healthy of doing the
job...ex. someone who is on crutches really shouldn't be out on
course...(just a tip from experience<gg> or someone who doesn't know how to
count in numerical order to work grid.
