Just a few thoughts.
Shouldn't it be the Solo-Rally Department at SCCA? Not the other way around?
I don't hear Rally entries being capped? :^)
Perhaps, the actual trophy procedure start earlier? As we start to eat
dinner, rather than after it. If we thighten things up in the presentation,
we can get through the entire banquet(s) sooner. It always appears that it
is over by 10:30 ish. (Danny? Rich?)
