Source for cheap 17x9.5's for 93+ RX-7?

I know that CCW and several others make good wheels in the $350 range, but
I'm hoping to find some cheap steel wheels.  I'm buying new autocross
tires anyway, and it seems dumb to shell out for stock size now that I'm
in ASP, but my budget won't allow "good" wheels and tires.

Preferably someone who has built wheels for this car before, I really
don't want to go through fitment fits. :-)
