There were 3 cars made. One was totalled, James has one, and the other was
only a body shell, which James also owns.
You must be thinking of some other car. Here's a picture of it:

The car was a victim of bad timing so that's why Shelby never made more than
3 of them:
"In Can-Am racing the era of down force, big blocks and mega horse power was
just starting. Terry had designed his car around small blocks (a Ford Indy
V-8 was to have been fitted eventually) slip through the air body shapes,
and keeping everything as lightweight as possible."

I rather doubt that. There were about 50 of thest monstrosities that
were created and one still runs CFR SCCA events, although now equipped
with a better engine. These cars were a HUGE mistake that cost the
SCCA (e.g. us) LOTS of money.
