Sure enough, word of mouth can be either the best or worst type of
advertisement depending upon the service received from the vendor.

I'm also that other person. Eric and I had several conversations about
Liberty and
their practices during this ordeal. My tires were supposed to be shipped
for
free and then I got a $52 charge on my card (disputed and canceled) for
shipping. I still have about 1/3 tread on those Toyos, but I won't be
getting
tires from Liberty again.
