I dunno. I have mixed feelings. NHIS is a design nightmare but
apparently Rockingham has the same problem. And stuck throttles are
always a bothersome occurance. I think it was a weird statistical
fluke, but when JD MacDuffie died at Watkins Glen just after Tommy
Kendall had his big off at the same place in an IMSA race they changed
the track.
