one more plate

I always wanted to (if I could have tolerated the car) get a Renault
"Le Car" and have a plate that said "LE TAG" or "LE PLATE". Then have
arrows all over the car pointing to "Le Tire", "Le Window", "Le
Headlight"
and so on.


  This brings me to a story? I heard about a guy with the tag
  "NO PLATE", apparently accrued many parking tickets, but was never
sent any notices to pay up.
