The main differences I see when comparing the two brands is:
Real wheels:
Have a rolled bead lip on the outside edge, this will keep all but
the most determined tire changers from damaging the wheels.
Are two piece, a welded rim shell with a bolt in center.
Do not have cooling holes in the wheel center.
Will most likely require aftermarket wheel studs, because of the
center/lug insert thickness.
The wheel rim shell is .160" thick 6061 T6 aluminum.
Keizer wheels:
The wheel rim shell is .125" thick 6061 T6 aluminum.
It's very easy to bend if you're not paying attention during tire
mounting.
Are three piece bolted with a silicone seal between the rim halves.
The silicone seal only becomes a problem when the tire changer is
careless and jams the tire tool into the seal and breaks it, causing a leak.
Have cooling holes in the center.
In most cases do not require aftermarket wheel studs.
