Calif. "Freeway Hop" Question

I am looking for a California road that exhibits severe "FREEWAY HOP" for a 
suspension project that I am working on.  The problem is that I need to find 
a freeway hop road in the San Francisco to Reno area (I-80) that is NOT 
CONGESTED.
Could the west coast autocrossers advise me where the most severe hop is in 
this area?  It does not have to be limited to I-80, just close.
