Understeer Vs. Oversteer--what it is and how to get it.

Some basics for those who still get confused by the two:

UNDERSTEER:  If your car "plows" to much, or if the front end feels as though 
it is sliding out from under you, add "oversteer."

OVERSTEER:  If the tail end of you car feels loose (hangs out) or tries to 
break away too early, add "understeer."
