Don't rule tire pressure out, Brad!  One of the quickest ways to
induce oversteer into a FWD car without spending a penny is to pump up
the rear tires a little more.  You'll have to do some experimenting,
but it sure beats rushing out to buy a whole bunch of expensive
suspension goodies only to find that they won't do what you expected
them to do.  

Most FWD autox cars run a lot more air pressure in the fronts than in
the rears.  Narrow that gap by boosting the rears a little and you'll
definitely change the car's handling.

Give it a try!  It doesn't cost anything!!  8<{)
