Gee, I dunno. Maybe it's because the NEW Tire Rack sponsorship is for Tours
and Pros. Also maybe the fact at Nationals, SCCA asked this question to the
people
who go THERE and for THEIR opinion. If I remember right, it was to raise the
price or
just have awards.
