Hoosier Tire Pressures on a C5

Hi, 
  A fellow autocrosser who is not on the list requested me to put out a
feeler for starting tire pressure recommendations for Hoosiers('99
autocross compound) on a '99 C5, mostly stock except for Hotchkis
stabilizer bars in front and rear, 1 inch lowered ride height, and a
autocross alignment. He will be running on slightly rough asphalt,
medium speed course, with ambient temperatures close to 80.
