        7) Instrument flight rules at a Philadelphia Region meet.
        8) Virginia Motor Sports Club at Petersburg, VA.
        9) Old Dominion at Langley Speedway.
        10) J.D. Kemp describes the "Lost Cat Theory."
        11) "Secrets of Solo Racing" author Henry Watts writes about
Porsches.
        12) Mark Sipe prepares for winter "melancholy."
        13) Colan Arnold, Paul Brown appointed to the 2000 SEB replacing

                from AP '99.
