Marvin,

I think the Kumho V700's would be a good choice.
They are reasonably forgiving, yet still one of the
faster tires.  They are available in a 225/50 ZR 15 size
from tirerack or CUT.  I run them in the 17" size
on my 97 M3 4 door.
