Driving to and from Topeka/Salina, I always thought "DuBois" meant we
have a long way to go to get out of this awful state. :^)

Having dealt with the so called PA Motor Vehicle Dept (PennDOT), and
the BS to transfer title to an out of state buyer, I am dealing with a
fresh lasting impression of why I try to get through PA as quickly as
possible. (what a cluster . . . .  )
