That's just my point... The loaded Focus Sedan is 2500#. The hatchback,
stripped with no AC, power anything or ABS should weigh more like
2250-2350#. That should be quite quick with a 130hp 2.0 liter.
The base suspension can't handle well enough to get out of it's own way, but
the ZX-3 hatchback has front and *rear* swaybars, better shock and spring
rates. Wheels are the biggest problem I see, at 15x5.5", but 205/50's
should fit fine.
I still think it will be interesting, and hope someone tries one!
