If your fog lights are aimed properly, they won't blind anyone. Unless
you're cresting a hill... I've found alot of drivers have their fog
lights aimed like driving lights. So high that they -do- shine in the
eyes of oncoming traffic. In which case they're useless as fog lights,
and only a minor addition to regular high beams. Ya wants driving
lights, gets driving lights...
Although the set of ACL's a friend of mine installed on his truck was
-way- overkill.
