On digest mode so this is probably a day late.
On the camber questions, even though I don't know if it's stock legal,
probably not, for the 96+ swapping the strut bearings L to R, R to L is
a way of increasing negative camber.  For the 95's, simply rotating
them in (about 120 deg) is a way of increasing neg camber to about 3. 
Caster is reduced by about 4 degrees though.  On the E30's, there are
no shims that I'm aware of, it was done through factory camber
correcting strut bearings.

Traction control wasn't available on the 95's, standard on 96+.
