L98 Short block question

I would like to buy a high quality 1987-1991 L98 Corvette shortblock. I'm
looking for a unit that has been balanced and blueprinted but have all
stock components except for an overbore (not exceding 40 thousandths).

I'm building a motor for my 1986 BSP Corvette.

I'm also looking for a good extrude-hone shop near me (Atlanta area).
