They didn't say that exactly two years ago in Fontana when Blundel (???) or
somebody qulified at over 240. Andretti and others, including the driver that
did, said that the cars in the then current configuration were WAY too fast.
Hence the Hanford device. But speeds will creep up again, and other measures
will be taken. Tis the nature of the beast.
