        Yes, if they wish to compete at Nationals or in ProSolo. It was just
an idea. Should any newby who show up in a Corvette be told you can race but
you won't win??

So the newby that comes out to play with his bone stock RX7 is told he
can't run as stock because he hasn't added a restrictor plate?
