A popular ESP choice, 16x10 wheels from Complete Custom Wheel, are
about 1500/set - with 275/45/16 Hooisers add about 800. The same
vendor's 17x11s running 315/35/17 Kumhos are perhaps a little cheaper.
So it would seem you could save a little money in ESP on this part but not
much.
OTOH, ESP is a $50K class if you ask me. I'm guessing CP is cheaper
(though perhaps not a lot) due to the initial car costs and more people
being familiar with modifications to the older cars that dominate this class.
