It has been that way for the past couple of years.  But after being on track 
the Autocross can be a let down IMHO

Why change?  You Autocross alignment should be fine.  (You may want to dial 
back the toe-out you were running at Nationals however)

When the SCCA runs the event they put a chicane about 2/3's down the front 
straight so you don't cook your brakes soooooo hard going into the 90+ degree 
right at turn 1.  Broken in pads "should" get you thru the weekend without 
any problems.  New fluid would be a good idea as well as extra for the 
occasional quick bleed.  The track is not as hard on tires as an autocross is.
