My Kumhos cracked!?

Hi!  One of my Kumhos has developed a crack in the sidewall running all
the way around the tire, roughly in the center of the outside sidewall
(running through the raised lettering).
It is not a nice circle, so I don't think its from fender rubbing --
its a wiggly crack.

Is that normal?  Is it safe?
