99 Miata technical specifications guide

There was a booklet that came with the early version of the 99 shop manual 
that outlined the changes to the 99.  It was titled something like 
"enhancement guide" or something like that.  It included, among other things, 
the cam timing specs.  Can anyone remember the name of that booklet and 
possibly what part number it was.
