I my opinion, just because ES and HS have comparable times does not
mean that the classes should be combined. What it means is that there are
some cars that are classified HS that should be ES, but instead are
dominating HS. Moving the Celica ST to ES helps to open up the possibilities
in HS. There might even be other cars in HS that should move to ES. And with
some of the current ES cars moving to HS, plus a host of other vehicles that
have definite potential that are already in the class, I think next years HS
will have varied makes and models as the top runners.
