You're all missing the point regarding production numbers.
It's not how many were made. It's how many they said they'd make.
Chrysler said they'd make one for anyone who wanted one. No ceiling.
BMW said they'd make 250 (or some similar number). Period. That's all.
The Neon ACR was available to anyone who wanted one.
The M3 Lightweight wasn't.
It doesn't matter one iota how different the package is from the
so-called "normal" version.
