Nuts & bolts in SP?

Hey all,

I'm getting ready to embark on overhauling the spare
engine from my Corolla GTS parts car this winter, and
I'm wondering how much wiggle room is in the
Stock/Street Prepared rules on bolts and such.  The
way I read chapter 13.0, you can replace bolts with
aftermarket units, but you can't replace bolts with
studs.  True?  This might metamorphose into a Prepared
motor eventually, and I'd like to buy fasteners only
once if possible.
