The car y'all are talking about is the Rocket.  It has a Yamaha engine and
is built by Light Car in England and was designed by Gordon Murray.  When it
initially came out several years ago, it cost about $60K US.  Check it out

George Harrison has one, and as far as I know there is only one of these in
the US (and please don't ask why I know this)
