I'd vote for the Dunlop SP8000 as the spec tire.. I use those for the street
and as back up tires for autocross. I love them.. and in 14" they are
somewhat inexpensive.
Then I'd race in ST and ST-R (with my kuhmos) and ST-U {I think for this
division 50 lbs of stickers or magnetic "sponsership" should mandatory :)  }
