Unfortunately, it is not a misconception about ESP DSMs being a focal point of
the proposed rule (which is not allowing U/B turbos from previous/newer
generations of the same car). This is the only car that can do such a swap.
There are no other cars that can do so. That is why this rule is targeted to the
DSMs only.
As of the TT Supra or any other turbo car that was mentioned earlier, they did
not have turbo swapped form the other cars. They had original turbos and this
rule has nothing to do with it.
