Kevin,

I agree, the GOAL for me is not to be braking and applying throttle at
the same time, but as I said in a previous post, if I can use it as a
crutch until I learn exactly where 10/10ths is, I will.  I also agree that
smoothing out the transition from braking to gas is the main benefit
of LFB.

Not for me.  My goal in LFB is NOT to be actively applying throttle and
brake at the same time, it's to make the transition smoother and faster.
I'm always coming off the gas when I apply the brake.

If you mean am I alternately on the gas and brake in a slalom, yes.  If you
mean am I applying both at once, as above, no.
