Eric,
Susssssh, What are you doing???? Givin away all the little secrets to dem
dare Miatae, well I guess I need to ad my $.02 on oversized Hoosiers,
Everyone I spoke to with any 'knowledge' of how the hoosiers work say they
don't work on "undersized" rims, well I have not used the "proper" sized
tire for my application yet but the 245/45/16" Hoosier A3s03 on my Z3
(16"x7" wheels) is a killer combination, adverage ~.7 sec faster then my
previous R-1's From What Tom At Mid Atlantic said the car 'should' be even
faster with the "proper" 225/50/16, My Trashcan Logic does not compute how
a smaller tire can be faster but I'm gonna run these as my next set to
proove or disproove this theory, but after 4 events and 30 runs I give the
Hoosiers da big Greeasy Thumbs Up :-)
YMMV
