I think the key to towing is using an equalizer hitch. I couldn't believe the
difference
that it made. I went to a 18 x 8 and it pulls easier than the old 14 x 6 I used
to pull.
I'm pulling with 1998 Ford F-150 stepside with a 4.6 Litre V-8 and its just a
little
short on power. I guess you live and learn(Hopefully). I have to agree with
George
once you have towed an enclosed theres no going back. Done it both ways.
