Where to get Kumhos?

In the past I've bought Kumhos from CUT and Tire Rack, but Tire Rack's
prices for shaving and shipping add up to $40 more than I used to pay to
CUT for the same thing.  But now CUT seems to be gone from the WWW and
they aren't answering their phone for the past 2 days.  Is Tire Rack the
sole source now?  Please help!
