Re:Street Tire Class

The reason I am now in ST (Street Touring) is because I just cannot afford a 
second set of wheels and tires to run competitively in DS with my ACR Neon.
ST lets me run with street rubber and a few basic mods with no engine work 
allowed, just some intake and exhaust changes.

Except for the limit of 3.1L engines this seems to be the class that you all 
are asking for. In the Houston Region we have 20 in this class each month.
