The 4cyl VTEC engines are very peaky. The max h.p. on the 1.8 VTEC in the
Integra is at 170 @7600 with 128 lbs-ft@6200. You have to really concentrate on
keeping the engine above 6000 most of the time because the engine is both on
the secondary cam profile and has the secondary intakes open.
Below that, it is very similar to the 1.8 non-VTEC engines.
