The last time I talked to Dave Beck who compiles the official PAX
handicaps, he stated that there was insufficient data available to create a
useful handicap for the Street Touring classes. So there are none at this
time. Regions are free to adopt their own handicaps, but they will not be
PAX handicaps. If this changes, I'll advise with a message here.
