Yes Todd, I work at a dealership. Mine happens to have one of the better
shops in my area. Techs are constantly sent to schools updating their
training and our shop has won several awards for service from both GM
and outside agencies. Growing up in an independent shop myself, I always
shunned the dealers. I have since learned the consumer has much more
recourse with a good dealer then most independents.
