Yikes! Glad to hear you had success. In my experience, they are crooks.
They failed to book my flights properly... I ended up paying for them twice,
and it was just luck that I was able to get seats at all. Worse, they twice
agreed to refund me the money, but the money *never* came. Its been over a
year and I've written it off as lesson learned. In fact, I had coupons for
half price travel with them that I chose to discard because it wasn't worth
the risk. Their organization is either incompetent or crooked.

I would avoid ITN (Internet Travel Network) (aka. Small World Travel).

The tough one is that you have to be willing to travel anytime during the day
they
choose. If they allowed you to put in any set of 12 hours, that would be much
more
useful. 8am and 10pm flights are tough.

Yep, if you're willing to wait until Wednesday to book travel for a weekend,
then American Airlines (aa.com) NetSAAvers fares can be super cheap.
But you never know if you'll get something great or nothing at all.

If you just want to see which airlines is offering the best fares via the
standard
systems, I like www.ual.com -- the interface is nice and allows you to show
flights
from most all airlines.

But airfares this Spring are overall a lot higher than last Spring.
