Knowing nothing of OBDII cars, my comments are worthless...
However, I'd reason that if the systems can adapt quickly, then the
dyno runs are always valid... repeatable dyno runs would be even better.
If the systems were _slow_ to adapt, then I'd reason that back-to-back
dyno runs would be without value.
