In SP Div Spec 7, we have been dealing with a Kumho shortage since August
(we race year round). In fact, there is still a backlog of SRX7 orders to
be filled at Cut (aka Vilven). We have yet to get the full story, really.
The lines of communication between Kumho (Korea), Kumho (USA), and Vilven
are not good. No one really knows when the next shipment of tires will be
here. I'm not even sure the parent company (in Korea) knows.
I can tell you that if you want 205/60-13s, the only place to get them is
the Tire Rack. And, I am willing to bet that their supply will be exhausted
very soon.
