mark, lemmy start again, in 94 the cars were competitive and had tires
available because they were 17" See? In 97, 98, 99 they don't show up
because they have no tires available, SEE? IF, they could run a very cheap
stock 17" x 9.5" wheel instead of 18" X 9.5 they would have the same tire
choices as the other cars in the class, See? Is it clearer now?

How flattering ;#) (blushing) Actualy I have no intention of running a
stock C5 or C4s of which we posess both thank you very much. It was nice of
you to bring this up cuz it now dawns on me that some people might think I
am listening to all this crap for my own selfish gains. That is simply not
the case. We aren't toooo excited about running stock.
The thing is that it kills me to see SCCA solo turn it's collective back
on some of america's best sports cars because they are listening to someone
say what they wanna hear and they wanna think of themselves as really
important. Lemmy tell ya here mark, the tail don't wag the dog and solo aint
gonna force any tire makers into spending a buncha dough$$ray me to build
18" rubber when there is virtualy no market for them.
We gotta get our headsa out of the sand.
