New automated timing-system question

Hi!
I have found a hardware/software combination which
allows fully automated timing via photo-cell and
direct feed of the data into a lap time analysis
software. The system is called Lap-Tracker and seems
to be pretty cheap (some $200 or so). Has anyone heard
of this? It sounds pretty good, but I would just like
some opinions before I go ahead an buy it. The url is:
