I've use a plastic block that is slotted on one end for the uni-body lip and
circular on the other end to fit in a floor jack saddle. It's about two
inches thick and works great. I got it from J.C. Whitney a few years ago.
The have it listed in their current catalog for $5.99 (part number 81DK3278A,
