[Alpines] electronic ignition

I have been running a Pertronics electronic ignition on my FrankenSeries 
for about 15 years.  No problems.  Car starts faster and I don't have to 
mess with the points, or even the plugs, anymore.  The electronic ignition 
and the heavier front sway bar are the two best upgrades you can make.
