crossover tube

I tried every trick in the book to remove my crossover tube, but to no
avail.  I then drove my car to a local suspension shop, and for $25 the
used a chatter gun to pop the old tube out and then installed the new tube.
Sometimes, shops can do the job in a fraction of the time and for a
fraction of the frustration.
