'Fraid not. You might get the effect of putting a finger in the proverbial dike for a spell, but it would recur in pretty short order. You'd be as well using egg white (much advocated until circa 1950's) Only solution to your present predicament will be to do the job properly, and replace the head gasket, plus skim the head if suspect.
