I've been TachLess since I installed my MSD.  I caved in and put a cheapo after 
market in so I would have something to look at. It looks downright shamefull in 
the Tiger...

Inductive spikes have got to be the bane of all transistorized circuits. I
recently finished the first round of prototypes for the upcoming all-singing,
all-dancing tach guts replacement module (no, that doesn't make for a good
acronym), and while I'd accounted for effects from the ignition coil in the
case of a voltage triggered connection, I'd overlooked the effects of both the
meter movement coil and the current-pickup transformer. It didn't take very
much testing for the circuit to show me the error of my ways though ;)

And yes, we ARE getting closer to getting the ASADTGRM out the door.
